Bug: attempting to create a new module through the editor wizard fails

Solution:

Replace [...]\ShiVa Editor\Modules\com.shiva.editor.module\dialogs\moduleCreationDialog.lua
with the file provided

On macOS, the Modules folder is a part of the .app package.
