Standalone 1.6.2.3

nVidia report:

+ works as on the screen, no segfaults

- still...
no mouse wheel
no custom resolution
no fullscreen
no AA
no processor type etc in the options panel
\"open /dev/[sound/]dsp: Device or resource busy\" when trying to open a game while running firefox (flash) or mplayer

that\'s all quite known, i guess. however, as you can see, i tested iBall3d with the player. all movements are quite fast, the hud zooms at light speed... there must be something wrong with the fps limit or so. i remember a much slower movement on windows in both HUD and ball movement.
my own bully game seems to run at the same speed as on windows. i limited the fps to 50 though... via minframetime 0.02

ati: same as the above, still segfault with --options (no options panel at all)

thx for keeping report about linux player !

For the missing features, the standalone 1.6.2.3 contains only the fix done for shiva and the global engine
Some will come as the same time that the fist version of the browser plugin.
